No one was at the counter to take orders. You were forced to use computers to order. Once I finished my order, the terminal was out of paper. I brought it to someone's attention, and he then told someone else. He looked like they didn't understand, turned went back to what they were doing before. This same person brought me my meal. I requested my food be cooked to order (fresh and hot). My nuggets were hard, dried out and taste old as if they were simply thrown back into the grease to appear hot. My fish sandwich also was not fresh either, it was warm. My sweet tea was also unsweetened which is NOT what I ordered. Be careful when going through drive thru people...check your food and drink before you leave.Very disappointing.

Made a wrong mobile order. It says in the app that I need to contact the store for the refund but they refused. On top of this I was waiting in the drive through line for TWENTY MINUTES. I’m typing this review from the line.
