Visited this location yesterday for the first time. Left extremely pleased, will return when in the area again. Although it was very busy we received excellent service. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. The food came out fast and hot. Great job kitchen staff. Everything was delicious. Thank you all.
There was hair in our bread rolls, and hair in the silverware, wrapped in the napkins. I mean long, wirey hair. I was so disappointed. The manager said he'd talk to the kitchen staff. That's it. He mentioned "taking a look at our church" but we never saw him again.My salmon was super salty, and crunchy. .. my shrimp were overcooked. The ribs are dry and tough. It wasn't their best night... Ordered for store pickup during dinner rush Friday evening. We didn't recieve our rolls, and my family was disappointed as that is the main reason we ordered from Texas roadhouse. I understand they probably forgot, but would like for management to remind staff to always pack the rolls. Most important part of the meal.Also the survey that was sent didn't allow me to express this as it forces you to rate the food items on your reciept.
