Knew I had reservation upon arrival, yes, the noise level is high due to wood floors etc, but you can be heard - and it was nice to see the restaurant busy! Waitress spent time discussing jobs, and being busy etc. The Charles has a theatre menu, which many of the table used, I went with all APPS, Oyster Rockefeller was hot and tasty, Tuna Tartare, again well plated, and large portion. I was please with my service my order sat in the window for about 8 minutes my French fries were warm not hot overall I was ok with it I will be back I'm new to this area so I like nice service good food thanks
