“I live in California and a friend who lives in Maryland sent me some handmade granola from Light House Bistro. Loved it so much that I ordered 2 additional bags. Then ordered 3 more bags. Unfortunately, the last order wasn’t as good. Called the restaurant and left a message with the manger. I received a message letting me know that a replacement order was on its way. I thought, wow! That’s great customer service! Today, my box arrived and to my surprise, TWO extra bags were included with my original order. That’s above and beyond my expectations of good customer service! “Leo's is always a fabulous experience. Highly recommend! Wonderful food and wine list (there is a shorter one on the back of the food menu and a separate longer one). The service is top notch, as are the bartenders (drinks are outstanding), and it has a cute, cozy ambiance. Everyone on the team, starting with the owners, is friendly, professional, and strives to please. Leo's is one of the very few excellent restaurants in Annapolis. We are going twice this week ;)”

“Do not get the cheesecake for dessert! They get it from an outside source and it arrives frozen. You can tell by how it crumbles. The Graham cracker crust is too thick. Another give away it is round like a Puck.Everything else was great. The creamed spinach and the mashed are plenty for two or three people. The seafood Bisque is excellent.Good pour on my scotch. My wife got a cab save by the glass and thought it was great. The coffee after dinner was strong but very good.”

“I almost couldn’t believe that a self serve boba place was so highly rated. I thought it was just because of the novelty. Well it’s novel, but it’s also so customizable so you can make whatever drink you want to try. Not only that but base drinks are incredibly good and the owner and staff are so kind and welcoming. You’re able to try all the flavors so you know what the options are like, and everything is so well made and so balanced. The owner really cares about the drink and topping options. Come here now!!”

“Unfortunately I did not take any photos of the food I got from Pip’s but it was nothing less of amazing! We ordered the old bay fries which were amazing and so much flavor! We ordered a Coney Island which is there number one seller, we came back for seconds!! It was so good! We ordered their classic cheese steak as well as their Pip’s Burger! The cheese steak was delicious and the burger was very flavorful and juicy!”

“We recently hosted a baby shower party for our daughter at the Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge in Annapolis. The staff made this event incredibly memorable, and it was easy to arrange and pull off. “The Glen Burnie mission BBq has Great customer service, not that any of them lack that in that department but the food comes out hot and fast and there all very welcoming. Highly recommend coming here. Just met the owners also, they should be proud to have a group of kids who take there business and treat it as there own. Management is A1 also”

“I had the pleasure of visiting a family-owned restaurant in Annapolis yesterday and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was impeccable and the staff, including a young boy who is also learning, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed with the authenticity and quality of the Vietnamese cuisine - it was simply delicious. Even though they recently opened their doors, I have no doubt that they will thrive in the future. If you're looking for a wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try. “Amazing restaurant, went with Thai friends who agreed it was very authentic. Though its location is slightly random, the restaurant itself has great service, colorful and fun decor, delicious food. Incredibly reasonable prices: we ordered one appetizer, two entrees, two drinks, plus dessert for about $65. Highly recommended.”

“This was our first time coming in and we really enjoyed our food. We got chicken and waffles, a classic crepe, and an egg and cheese crepe.The chicken was especially good!Staff was also super nice. There's a little coffee bar off to the side with sugar and different flavored creamers. I asked if they had just regular milk and they were able to give me some which was much appreciated.Definitely will be back.”

“This was our second visit to Annapolis and our second visit to this wonderfully warm pub.Stopped by for a couple of Jameson’s and a properly-poured Guinness on our way to check out the next day’s festivities at SHAMROCK THE DOCK.Seamus, a great bartender (as was Brian and a lovely young lady with an incredibly upbeat personality), recommended that we try the corned beef poppers. Delicious! Great Irish music on the sound system and good convo with the barkeeps made for fine craic!Wandered off and came back a wee bit later for the lamb cheesesteak—a wonderful variation on the old Philly classic!Stayed for a bit to listen to a fine singer who was doing some Irish classics….wanted to stay longer but this old coot, after a long drive and a “few” pick me ups, headed off for some rest before the next day’s excellent celebration of the Auld Saint’s special day.The bride and I have been to Ireland many times…the decor…the bartenders…the food…the music…GALWAY does its inspiration proud!”

“Used the self service kiosk to place my order. Got a customized standard sized açaí bowl with added fruit. Fruit were fresh, staff were friendly and they offer free wifi and a nice seating area. Located in Elvation Park, definitely recommend over tropical smoothie cafe.If I were to be picky, I would like to see the honey to be self applied rather than paying extra as well as chia seeds being available for self pour (unless it was available and I didn’t see it)Nonetheless still a solid place!”

“I wanted to stay in Annapolis but wasn't quite sure what I wanted to eat. Did a quick search and found this delight of a place. I was able to make reservations on the same day (Saturday) My wife and I arrived and were quickly seated. The restaurant has a nice intimate feel however this place was jumping. Tons of people inside with everyone having a good time. Our waitress was sweet. Made good suggestions and was very attentive. For starters we ordered the Crispy Calamri while my wife had a lemon drop for a drink. The Clamari was in fact crispy. Very solid crunch. The marinara sauce was PIPING hot. Good start to our dinner. The lemon drop was a good mix of alcohol and juice. They provide you the cup along with the remainder on the side. BIG TIME PLUS. For Dinner, I was starving. I ordered the Steak N Fries, along with the Rockfish and Not your Ordinary Mac & Cheese. The steak was delicious! Nice and juicy. Cooks to perfection. Fries were crispy. The Fish was tasty and the mashed potatoes were GREAT!!! The Mac & Cheese is definitely not ordinary. There was a tangy taste that I could do without. It was missing something but the rest of my food was so good I could easily overcook it. My wife ordered the Steak Brazil with mashed Potatoes & Broccoli. She also enjoyed her food. Broccoli was fresh. Mashed Potatoes were delicious. She preferred the filet cooked a little more but still ate them. I'd happily come back and plan on returning to J. Alexander. It was a great time. Great service, Wonderful atmosphere, and good food. I enjoyed myself.”
