I wasn't overly swept away. I stopped because I like their sandwiches. However, service was off to say the l least. Server never smiled even when I made a few whimsical comments, and more importantly, this kid was playing the new game they play where they whisper such that you can hardly understand what they're saying even when you ask them to repeat it a few times. It wasn't busy but they made my sandwich fresh, not one that could've been sitting under heat lamps like a lot of fast food places. It's a good thing I didn't see the men's room first though. It was filthy. The floors were very sticky, the urinal, sink and walls had black stains and smelled. You would think that, with me being the only customer, one of the 3 or 4 employees would have at least checked it while they clearly not busy.
