I came to Blaze today reluctantly because I don’t really eat pizza. I was greeted by the youthful staff here and energetic pizza makers named Jason and Franklin. Didn’t quite know what to get, so they suggested a build your own. Jason spun me up a “Jason Special” and I was so pleased with his blend that I’m making it my own. I came into Blaze Pizza on a busy Friday night and it was clear that staff was a little overwhelmed. I tried to order the Green Stripe but did not receive it. For whatever reason, the arugula and pesto were left off, leaving me with a chicken and red pepper pizza, very tasty but not what I'd expected.
