Busy. Kitchen is usually slow. Drive thru is always backed up. Inside is usually dirty. Food is always subpar. Fries mushy. Burgers dry. If I commuted to work, I would never drive thru for breakfast. You'd get stuck in line and be late for work. The way traffic is routed thru the parking lot is chaotic. The restaurant has been there since the 70's. Really needs a modern rebuild, considering the traffic it gets.
The ONLY thing I order here are fries. I receive them cold 8/10 times! So frustrating. This is my only item, why lord why would you not make sure it’s hot!? It has taken me about two years to write this review, so this is, I assure you, a standard. The second star is for the guy who is always on drive through (Caucasian male, thicker), he is awesome! Focused and always gets my crazy orders right!
