My chix salad had no celery, and was dry as a dessert. The quality of my deli meats was poor and I ordered double meats , but got substan- tially less.When I called the store the manager became difficult and defensive. - Beware !!
I love going to Potbelly. I ordered online and my order was correct and tasted really fresh as If I ordered it at the actual shop. I have been going to Potbelly since I moved here and I have not been disappointed.

I’ve visited another local Potbelly Sandwich Shop this week and have to say the visit to the Laurel location was just as pleasing! I may just absolutely love the BLTA and managed to snap a quick photo before devouring this heavenly little sandwich. Perfect portions, exquisite flavor and just the right “everything”! Dining inside is spacious and was clean during our visit. Counter service was great and friendly. Love this sandwich shop!
