When I pay a delivery fee and tip I expect delivery to my door. I am disabled and walk with a cane. I can not hobble down to the parking lot and carry food back upstairs! Driver showed up and called me to ask my apartment number, and when I said it was a 2nd floor unit suddenly I was told he wasn't allowed to come in. The food here is generally good. Pizza is okay. Wings okay , but few months ago and in my order I asked for 2 different flavors of sauce on my wings. The woman explained to me that they couldnt do that. I have experience in a professional kitchen and i KNOW that this was a simple thing to do but she refused. This is not good customer service. And as a person in the industry I really DIDNT appreciate that. It may seem like something small but not when you are really into food....read full review
It was late and my grandchildren were hungry and they were the only place open. They were so nice and oh my goodness the chicken and pizza I ordered was delicious prepared with care. The food was great but the most thing that stood out was how nice they all were.
