The interior is a bit dated, but the menu is on the cheaper side for good food and good service. It starts with some nice dinner roles. They have some daily specials, but I went with a broiled crap cake which was tasty and decent-sized. The seasonal vegetable was Brussel sprouts and was kind of bland though. All of the food that my party ordered was tasty - baked salmon, rueben sandwich, fish and chips. Even the sides were done perfectly. Portions were modest but realistically sized for healthy adults. Nice slightly formal atmosphere, without feeling stuffy. The clientele seems to consist of a lot of retirees. So not a good choice restaurant if you're a 20 or 30 something picking some place for a first date. But for good food and nice atmosphere, it's a winner.
