Great food and great people. You can easily eat here as a vegetarian - great tofu, fried rice, etc. If you want to keep it dairy free, you can ask them not to cook with butter or yum yum sauce. Surah Japanese Steak House is a pleasant dining setting with very welcoming staff. There is a full bar, hibachi tables, sushi counter, and regular dining tables. The restaurant was just finishing up preparations to open, but we were seated, and our drinks were served promptly. I enjoyed an artfully prepared sashimi appetizer.
