I was served breakfast items that were not prepared properly, the hash browns tasted like old grease, the chicken biscuit was greasy and falling apart. I had to throw away my meal. Suggest requesting fresh food and waiting.
I go to Chick-fil-A because I've always been satisfied with the food. This is the first time I was actually disappointed. I could tell that they mixed hot fresh fries with cold hard fries and the cold hard fries were under a small layer and the piping hot fries were on the top and it wasn't that many piping hot fries. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like the service is slipping. CFA was always top notch when it came to great customer service. Food is always good with the occasional messed up order when using the drive thru.
