The Great Cookie is a gem in any mall that has one! This particular location in White Marsh, is pretty cool. The staff is always pleasant. I have gotten a few 'hard' cookies from here, but, it's rare that it happens. Due to the small location, most of their cookies are in the sheet rack in the back and not in the display case. So, you kinda have to know what to ask for, because, they may just have it on the rack.
