Great service and fun atmosphere. Rail drinks/happy hour specials are made with good liquor and not the garbage most bars use for rail. Only complaint is on the shrimp they used in both the tacos and the bang bang shrimp. They are not devained!! Who want to eat the poop track of a shrimp! Gross. For a higher dollar restraunt I expect much better and honestly they should be ashamed to serve shrimp this way. We've eaten other meals at Marlin Moon in the past and always decent food...read full review

What a great surprise in OC! Hotel restaurants can be hit or miss. This was a HIT!! Richard our server was fantastic!! What a great personality and had fantastic recommendations. The Mom’s Shrimp was so delicious!!! I could have eaten a vat of the sauce. All four of us really enjoyed our entrees and wish we had saved room for dessert. Next time for sure!
