Poor customer service. Family member has a food allergy and was told by an employee the ingredients are kept secret per the owner. No corporate number provided to call to ask. Have to speak to a recording first and then a call center to place an order.
I tried Pizza Tugo in OCMD for the first time today. I had seen their name quite a bit over the years. They were as fast as the cartoon delivery people and extremely friendly and professional. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a Philly cheesesteak hoagie. They said my order would be delivered within an hour, but it was more like 15 minutes even though they were 17 streets from my hotel. I have never had that fast of delivery ever and especially not at 5:00 at a resort!I feel...read full review
