“Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station fool you, the food is fantastic! You also get large portions for the price. Definitely will be a regular at this ”
“Hands-down, the best Greek restaurant in Montgomery County! The owners are from Greece, so the food is authentic. Some interesting dishes. The vibe of the restaurant is next level, lots of Quality details. Service is always spectacular. One of my favorite restaurants in Onley. Great for date night or a family outing.”
“We've been going here for many years and love the food. The Belgian beers and wine selection are great. But lately we were disappointed after they remodeled. It has lost the ambiance. They removed the tablecloths and turned up the lighting. What omce had the feel of a romantic Belgian pub, now felt like a loud cafeteria.”
“Amazing new atmosphere, friendly staff, especially Josie! She knew her menu and what was a good pairing! Andrew the manager recommended an excellent wine as a sommelier! Will be back many times!”
“I've been frequenting Mackie's since before COVID-19 struck. It feels like ages ago, the food remains consistently amazing. The ribs have incredible flavor and are perfectly sauced, achieving a delightful balance between the meat and the sauce. I'm curious if it's possible to request different sauce flavors? The chicken salad surpassed my expectations, and the cornbread, while a tad dry, was brought back with some butter, likely how it was meant to be enjoyed. The indoor seating area is wonderful. While I couldn't dine in today, I'm looking forward to staying longer. The ample space and separate full bar area are great. Today, I had the pleasure of chatting with Cam Mackie, learning about post-COVID changes, business plans, and exciting new menu items. I'm eager to come back to try out the new items.”
“Really great Thai food and friendly service and decent pricing. Simple yet fine interior. I tried and enjoyed - the curry fish cakes (crispy, well spiced, a little spicy), great wrapped in lettuce with the sweet dipping sauce - drunken noodles with pork which has perfectly chewy noodles with a lot of flavor, a ton of perfectly cooked and tasty veggies - pad see ewe with beef and gai lan (so glad it wasn't broccoli) I did find I had to drink a lot of water after likely due to a ton of sodium. If you want spice ask for the condiments and try the dry chili. It's delicious and packs a real punch. Our friends enjoyed the crispy fried tofu appetizer and pad Thai with tofu”
“Maria was great as our server. We sat outside and she came and served us when it was very crowded inside. We were there during the St Patrick's Day and felt taken care of.”
“After the gym, I like to go here and get healthy ingredients needed for my body. I come here towards the end of the day, but they are always respectful and nice people working there. Very delicious smoothies and bowls!Parking: Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on a busy day and might have to find parking around the shopping center.”
“Lovely farm brewery with an extensive variety of beers. The private tents and fire places can be rented to have a nice family or friends gathering. Nice rouch with new cocktail bar. Food options are normal bar food stuff. Improving the food options with more protein meals would make me give 5 stars.”
“I googled breakfast near me and scratch kitchen showed up. Yes I have seen it a few times in the breakfast list but never chose it. Not sure why. I was indeed missing out.Small family place. Best atmosphere. Real eggs folks. Yes, real eggs as opposed to the other stuff at a few places. I needed this as I have been everywhere else in the area because of my work from home schedule.I had pancakes, nice and fluffy. turkey sausage and eggs medium up. Perfect. My new spot guys. I assume they serve lunch and dinner. Will check the menu and visit again.Worth a visit folks.”
“Excellent tasty food! We ordered a sesame chicken salad and a hamburger, both meats cooked to perfection. The salad needed more mixed greens! Hamburger came well cooked, which is as my husband likes it. The server came and took our order after giving us extra time to survey the menu. He kept an eye on our table to attend to any needs. The wood booths create a warm feeling while the lamps make it cozy without being fussy! We love coming here!”
“The food was delicious but a couple of things:1. It was a damp, rainy night. The temp inside the restaurant was 61F. We were cold. Even though the food came out hot, the utensils and plates were cold. Our hands got chilly while waiting so we asked for tea. Since we had asked for the thermostat to be raised (but it couldn't be for some odd reason), I thought the tea might have been provided complementary. No. $5 for two. We ate with our winter jackets on like the other guests that night. 1 star for atmosphere.2. Most of their meat dishes are marinated in milk. For the lactose intolerant, there are only 4 or 5 dishes that are vegan - the closest you can get to no milk. These are not indicated on the menu so you have to ask.Like I said, the food was excellent, 4 stars. I loved the chicken korma and daal tarka. My wife thought the alu gobi was a bit too spicy/hot for her liking, but she really likes mild. I didn't mind. But I'd have to recommend you call and ask what the inside temperature is before dining in. Lots of folks were picking up to go, so they could just leave their jackets on too!”
“Such a cool atmosphere, great wine selections, and oh my goodness the 3 little pigs pizza was amazing! Service was quick and very personalized. Will definitely be back!”
“These tacos are so delicious! Always nice and hot and the ingredients are fresh and packed with flavor ! The barria is a good choice I also love the sopa's !”
“Seriously do NOT pay attention to the nagearive reviews. This place is 10x better than MOBY DICK around the corner. They give you complimentary bread and dip. Their kabob is the tenderest and juiciest in town. I don't know what oil and butter mix they use to cook it, but it is to die for. Best of all, they don't nickel and dime you for grilled onions, bread, and sauce like moby dick does. Honestly, woth mama joon around, I expect moby dick to go out of business soon.”
