I went to this location on Tuesday. The website stated the location closed at 9pm. I got there at 8:50 pm, and the open sign light was off. There was a worker mopping the floor in front. I totally understand wanting to get things done to close, but if you close at 9pm you stay open until 9pm. I'm very disappointed.
The food is good but this place is a disaster in terms of operations. A line of 8-10 people just standing there while online orders get made first. 20 minutes wait for anything that's not a cold sub. Out of nowhere someone turns on the store radio and just starts playing music so loud you can hardly speak to the person next to you without yelling. Only 3 people working the counter, which is clearly not enough for the amount on customers. Where is the manager to oversee and orchestrate...read full review

Ashame that the service sucks. Laaaazy teens and young adults working here for the most part, with a couple exceptions. Bad service on more than one occasion here, so that'll be it for me @ this location......Good food though. The turkey & roast beef cold sub is very tasty & the cheesesteak sub is very good also.
