6223 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 location is disrespectful and stealing. I went there tonight at 7:15 on October 22,2023. I came in into friction because they had already cleaned the bathroom 45 minutes before closing and denied a customer the chance to use the bathroom even though they we purchasing a sub. Ordered ahead on the app but when I got to the store, they said they never received my order. After looking on the back counter, they found the ticket and started to make my sandwich. This took a long time and defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead. The bread was hard and stale, and the spinach was soggy. The lady working (alone) with the baby in the back was nice.... However, we ordered 4 foot long sandwiches, when we got home to eat them, everyone's bread was hard (not toasted), so it's stale. Some of the vegetables didn't appear all that fresh and 3/4 of us had stomach issues for two days after eating, so I'm assuming the meat wasn't fresh either. I need to stick to the usual Subway I go to, won't be returning here.
