There are times when the food here is fairly decent and delivered in a timely manor, but that is usually when it is not busy with lots customers. During the busy times of the day, this place gets backlogged super easily and can take longer than 30 minutes to have your order ready.However, even during the more chill times of the day, things are still likely to have problems. The customer service used to be really the best in the morning here(not sure now). But the other day i had the whole family with me, we had an event we had to be at starting 5pm it was 45 mins away. We stopped here with 15 minutes to spare knowing we would be a few minutes late. They take our order at the driver through speaker. This place used to have unusually early customer service in the morning.
