Nobody had on gloves. I was disgusted. Even when I notice I made no scene, I was just going to pick off the lettuce and tomatoes, but when I said thank you she said nothing back. Treat all people good.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service. They talk about customers while they’re still waiting for their food. They get mad when you have a coupon, then give you less food once you mention a coupon. There for 4 thin slices of meat on my sandwich, more roll than meat. There are better places around to get better food from. Dont waste your time with rude staff!!!

The best chicken cordon bleu you'll find in the area! *this is my opinion only* They have amazing board walk fries and some of the best onion rings around!

I drive by this place on Regular basis but have never stopped in. So this time, I did. I wanted a piece of BBQ chicken, just something not on bread (trying to do low carb). So I tried the half rack of ribs. I didn't see any side that I really wanted. So, I just ordered the ribs entree only. The order didn't take long to prepare. When I got it, I was so disappointed. I thought I was ordering spare ribs but what they have me was a order of tiny what looked like baby back ribs and a piece of corn bread... for $11.99!!! And it wasn't even hot (temp). Now, I will admit, the ribs were tender but that tiny portion got that price was a disappointing. Customer Service was fine but I probably won't be returning.

We frequent this place and always seem to catch attitude, get food that is not prepared as we ask and is ice cold walking from the stand to the car. I’m all for supporting small business but when you spend $50-$60 a pop to continually be disappointed, it’s time to look elsewhere.

Outstanding food. The It's a BBQ platter was insanely well marinated, seasoned just right, great portion size and a crowd pleaser!

The first time here wasn't memorable. The service was bare minimum. They seem obsessed with what window you're at, even with no one else being there. The food was just ok. Meat cooked well enough, but the buns didn't fit the sandwiches. And the amount of barbeque sauce was less than a McDonald's burger. Maybe they can do better, but I'm not sure I'll venture to find out.

the roll was not very fresh.....other wise, very good sandwich.

Charcoal grill has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a child. For thirty years they have been offering Hugh quality meats. They only use high quality certified Angus beef. Some of the best food in parkville. Prices moderate to high but certainly worth every penny!

Good flavor and tender pit beef in this Maryland Styled BBQ spot. The OC-styled boardwalk fries are good, too. They have pit turkey and pit ham as well.

Overpriced and quality of food has gone down over the years. Sausage was cold, too much mustard on my sandwich. Should have just went to Chaps

Always good...Baltimore's best kept secret!

1st time there and the pit beef is out of this world. Would also recommend the fries and half/half. Quick service!

Went and placed order.. put beef sandwiches stone cold. Watched the employees touching to wrap sandwiches with no gloves on. Woman put tomatoes on the sandwich then took them and put them back on the club sandwich. No reason for cold put beef as I was the only one there. Two people came after me. Unfortunately it seems they are going downhill.
