This is a real neighborhood bar that turns it up on Saint Patrick's Day.I've only been twice but, the food is good and the Guinness is poured with care.

This place throws a huge St Patrick's Day party over the course of a few days. They have tents outside and invite families to come eat and enjoy music not just the bar during the day and then at night it is back to 21+ during that event. As a neighbor to the bar, they can get extremely loud over there. On karaoke nights sometimes it'll sound like a crying dying cat loud af coming from the bar. lol. Sometimes they have live bands or a DJ but I've never been for either of those. Their food is mediocre but what's to expect at a small neighborhood bar? Drinks are good though and reasonably priced imo. Bartenders were pretty friendly. Parking sucks but there is a parking lot around the corner at the M&T bank where most people park if there's no parking out front the bar.

I know that 1 of the bartenders is a crackhead......serves free drinks to her heroin attic son.....sad but true....so if u like a crackhead bartender come during the day...you may be able to spend sometime with her pos heroin son.....don't buy him a drink...he has no money. ..ALL goes to drugs

Good local spot for karaoke, sports, and occasional live music, but lately the food has been mediocre and the service even worse. Asked to be seated outside recently because the dining room was dingy, dirty, and smelled like smoke (despite being non-smoking). Waited forever to be served and received an overdone, mediocre burger. Definitely seems like they're in a downward spiral. Hand-cut fries are still good.
This bar is filthy. We certainly aren’t coming back.

The Emerald is a fun place to be. Most everybody is friendly and makes you feel like family. ❤️Parking: There is parking behind the bar, across the street, sometimes in front of the building and ample street parking.

They have a solid bar menu. The bartender Shay, was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed right away. The food is decent. The French fries were some of the best I've had in a long time. It is a bar, but a great place to stop and get food and a drink.
