The absolute worst food service I have ever had. Repeatedly. This last time I called an hour and a half after placing my order they claimed it just came out of the oven yet the tracker says it was being quality inspected for over an hour. This has happened the last 4 times that I have tried to order food from them. Then when you call you get some rude employee whose only solution was to ask if I wanted to cancel. LET me TELL you about Kyle! He was INCREDIBLY open to learning about cross contamination when making a gluten-free pizza for someone with celiac disease.I always order at the register and never use the app. It's just as easy for me to just wait the 15-20 minutes and add my receipt manually for points. Technology DOESN'T make life simple sometimes. Also, I never order for delivery with ANY place that offers this service, not just Domino's. The past 2 times placing an online order it has taken over 2 hrs. to get the pizza delivered. Tried calling but was just on hold for over an hour. Couldn't cancel the second order so just threw over $30 down the drain. Would never order from here again.
