It's been a very long time since I had KFC. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, but I wasn't in a rush. The bucket looked like a pile of slop. I got original recipe, and the skin/crust had almost all slid off the chicken and laying in a heap on the side. The flavor was still good, but geez, what a mess. I ordered a chocolate cake, too. Brian the manager was very nice to talk with. He runs his store with nothing but professionalism. His employees were nothing but the best. I having retail management experience was very impressed with the way how well Mr. Brian runs this store. I have been coming here for years, but the service that I have received lately is 5-star service. It's also the cleanest KFC store that I've seen. The person taking my order was very rude!!! Treated me horrible. I would say thank you and he did not say anything at all. Very rude! I had three people in the car and could only buy one tender meal so I had to order different stuff so we could all eat!
