I usually like this, Wendy’s, because the food is pretty decent. Compared to other Wendy’s. However, today I ordered a strawberry Sprite and a medium size. When I got to the window and I asked the person at the drive-through where the strawberry sprite was, he told me “you didn’t say Strawberry sprite“. We went to the one in Pasadena and there was absolutely nobody in there and literally it took forever in the pieces of bacon burgers, so small and not worth the price we paid Wendy’s just needs to retire. Sorry the truth hurts.

Don’t waste your time or money. 20+ minute waits in drive thru, even with only one or two cars ahead, they never give sauce if you order it at the mic, you can only get it at the window, and they don’t stick around after handing you your bag, so by the time you check and see it’s not there they’ve run off to the back. The food is almost always burnt or incorrect. It’s just not worth it.
