Went in with my daughters to order 2 bowls and a burrito. We were greeted at the door by a young man who informed us we would only be able to place an order on the app. I asked why this was and he said he didn't know and asked if I wanted a manager. I said yes and he went to get him. The manager kindly and patiently explained that they were overwhelmed at the grill and for orders in general and this was his way of getting things back right again. Go for lunch…NOT DINNER!!! During the day, this is truly the last remaining good chipotle-their portions are massive, staff is friendly, the food always tastes fresh, and the store reminds me of what chipotle used to be. Like it’s so good I just dug in to my bowl and thought people need to know about this. Got Chipotle tonight, and their service was amazing. My bowl was very full, and even though the line was literally to the door, all the employees were very friendly and didn't seem irritated. I would dock a star because it was a bit messy, but I know how it can get when it's busy.
