I placed an order online and entered the location to pick it up. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged when there were 3 associates working and all engaging in a personal conversation with the only other customer in the store who walked in seconds before me. They rang up the other customer's order, and then still without acknowledging me proceeded to ask a new customer who walked in if they needed help. I had to change my order 3 times because they barely had anything in stock. Ridiculous. They didn’t even have waffle cones which completely shocked me, seeing as though it’s an ice cream shop. Will be my last resort from this point on.
