Awesome! Do yourself a favor and eat here! Ceviche--Best I've had (Sorry Jose Andres, Inka Fusion has more flavor than your more expensive dishes at Chile Chilcano). The Chiccharon is amazing. This is a great place if you like Peruvian food. The alcoholic drink made of passion fruit and egg white was amazing and tasted very fresh. Very friendly staff and overall very nice place.
My husband and I went here last Friday night and we loved it! The ambience was perfect for a Friday night. Not too busy and service was great. They first give you some fried plaintains with some amazing sauce. We all got the ceviche de Mercado, grilled octopus, arroz con mariscos (smaller version of their paella), and the lamb chops with brussel sprouts and black beans. My favorite was the grilled octopus.
