3-4 times a week a I always place an order here at this location. The food is always fresh, the staff is always super friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is done correctly. For some reason, today the service has not been its best. The manager has a nasty attitude. The way he was talking to his staff in front of the customers was not called for. I was so disgusted with what I saw, even before everyone in my group ordered, I decided they didn't need my money. I've never seen a restaurant staff look so disinterested in what is going on. Counter people with a look like they're robots processing orders and floor people walking around like drones who don't see there are customers standing there waiting for food. We pick up dinner here whenever we're (very occasionally) in this area, and we went here three evenings ago for the first time in a little more than two years. The woman taking orders and the guys preparing the meals were all very friendly - and as always, the food was delicious; especially the lemon drop cookies, which were large and yet not pricey.
