“I was in the area for an event and wanted to check out the local beer scene. The beer was fantastic. I also greatly enjoyed the friendly greeting by the locals on the way in.”
“I would normally give the Harryman house a much better rating than I did today. This is my first time eating what used to be lunch now brunch on Saturday. I always enjoyed the executive lunch. 90% of the brunch menu was un appealing and $19 for hamburger to me is excessive especially when it wasn't prepared the way I requested. The scoop of ice cream I had for dessert appears to have shrunk by a third since my last visit. The waitress was pleasant but needs more training. I shouldn't have to ask for sweetener or to have to ask to have my iced tea refilled. And the check was delivered before the waitress asked us if we wanted any additional dessert or coffee.”
“Great little place with authentic and good food. The service has always been top notch. Quiet little place with a nice bar, friendly staff, and really good food.”
“It was a really good experience! The food was delicious, the staff were nice and friendly! The exterior in really Georgian ?? style!Parking: The big free parking near the entrance”
“I love this place!! Go on Friday & Saturday evenings when they have live music. Or go earlier for a quieter experience. Great local hot spot with friendly people. Gerri is the best bartender ever!!!! Ask for her on the weekends.”
“I come here often for steamed crabs and drinks. The crabs are good but you don’t always get the size/weight you order. When paying the cost of these crabs, you want consistency instead of a few being lighter and smaller than the rest but they will replace them if you ask. I also like the spicy crab seasoning. The prime oysters on the half and most of the other food I’ve tried was good but I do think the stuffed shrimp is too oily and the shrimp are small. The Patron Golden Margarita is great!”
“The food is always hot and fresh and isn’t greasy like a lot of places are. The owners/staff are always very very friendly. This is my go to place for Chinese food. I drive 30+ mins because it’s that good! Their vegetable egg rolls are my FAVORITE! And the roasted pork fried rice is so good too!”
“We've ordered from them for the last couple years, and it's always been incredible (pupusas, plantains, chicharron, churros, and more), but today was the first time I've been able to quantify just *how* incredible. My daughter (under 2) not only can eat the taco de lengua (perfectly tender), but it was so good we literally had to give her a whole one to prevent a tantrum. Most restaurants who advertise lengua on the menu have to slow cook and shred it to get it even close to that level of tender. These were chunks. Chunks! In a town full of pretty standard fare, El Paraiso is an extremely rare gem.”
“The food was great and classic: -The chicken quesadilla was good, but I had to use plenty of hot sauce to keep things flavorful. They should add salsa verde to go with it. 7.9/10 - I enjoyed the tacos. Classic street but with pico de fallo and a slice of avocado and some salsa verde in the side. Perfect. My only complaint was the lack of additional meats other than chicken and steak. 8.2/10 Note: the bang for the buck with the food is great. Service was lovely. Very nice workers, who speak both English and Spanish. When I came in, I decided I would like to practice my Spanish and they were very nice about that. I ordered everything in Spanish and speak with them for a bit in small talk. The ambiance is classic cheap Mexican restaurant, in a good way. They clean the tables well and add good hot sauce on them.”
“The food is exactly what you see on the pictures. Excellent customer service and communication. I’ve been to many places and no shrimp baskets compares to this shrimp basket. I will be back for sure!”
“They seem to have a policy of having you wait until your full party is there before they'll seat you. Going for breakfast, I would rather sit down and have a cup of coffee while I wait for my friends than stand in the waiting area. I found that a bit odd, but a nice little ”
“Village Pizza is the best place in Reisterstown to get pizza. Friendly, professional, and fair prices. Definitely go here if you're looking to get a great sub, salad, or pizza. Thanks from the crew at Dreamers Salon & Day Spa, we love you.”
“Don’t miss out on this gem! I would drive 45 min here for sushi 100%. Visited twice and both times food and service were excellent. Terrific attention to detail and great menu options. Did I mention I got 3 dishes for $26? Don’t go, run!”
“This place is good. I dont really want to tell people so it doesn't become too busy. But i also want them to do good so they stay in buisness. One of the last places that deliver and not through a lousy 3rd party with extra fees and higher prices. People on the phone are always nice and easy to easy to talk to and understand. It's definitely my go-to Chinese food place.”
“IMO their Korean Fried chicken is the best place to get wings in the Reisterstown area. As of right now. I'm looking but nothing hits like them. Berry Matcha Latte is a must have.”
