Just had a great happy hour meal at Kabuto! Our server, Melissa, was very friendly and personable. The happy hour menu (drinks AND food) was surprisingly extensive and surprisingly affordable! Our bill for the four rolls of sushi in our photo plus four cocktails ONLY came out to a little over $60, and, atop that, Melissa threw in a piece of tempura cheesecake on the house!The sushi was very tasty, and it came out surprisingly quickly. This is our second trip to Kabuto, hibachi and sushi, and we enjoyed our meal very much. Our waiter is especially friendly and helpful; it’s almost impossible to believe that he is also the bartender, based upon the amazing service that we got, we will definitely come back with our friends again and again, and again and again. Get vegan love: it’s AMAZING!! .
