Their cakes are an annual staple for birthdays in my family. The staff is very personable and polite. The cakes are always stunning and vibrant, visually and in taste. Rockville is proud to have such a lovely bakery for so many years!
No other bakery quite like this. The layered cakes are absolutely a delight to the senses--they have more than 10 different layered cakes, each with 2-3 layers of different but complementary flavors. They're available everyday in individual slices to try and I can't help but purchase at least 4-5 each time.The various cookies that you can't usually find in more standard places are also reliably good. Outstanding French baked goods!! The apple strudel was outstanding...a must get. The cheesecake, rectangular cakes and raspberry cookie were fantastic too. $30 for five or six treats so definitely on the expensive side. But a must visit in the area!
