My wife used this Safeway last week. She said the lady's bathroom appeared as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was trash spilling out from the can onto the floor, all of its sinks were grimy, and the toilets smelled strongly of urine. After she left the bathroom, she tried to buy a coffee from Starbucks, but there was no one working the counter. She tried for several minutes to no avail to find someone to assist her. Finally, she went to the service desk to speak with a manager. She asked him for help at the Starbucks and was told no one could help her. When she then mentioned the lady's bathroom, the manager turned his back on her while she was in mid-sentence and walked away from her. If you appreciate inappropriate, discourteous, and dismissive service, this disgraceful excuse for a Safeway is just the place for you. If you want solid service, there are two other Safeway stores in close proximity (one in Brandywine and one in the heart of Waldorf). Those stores are worthy of your business. This store is worthy of being reported to corporate headquarters.

I'm going to be honest. Everytime I come here, there are no donuts on the shelf. If there are some, they look not too fresh. It would be nice if Safeway baked their stuff again at the stores instead of a central location.

Hello, Just a Reminder. This is a true story. I Purchased a $100.00 VISA Gift card from this Safeway. It was AUTH: by the cashier. Was unable to use the card. When I called the number on the back of the card, It was some one from another country. I return to the same Safeway for a refund, I was told by Customer Service, Ms. Kiana, No Refund after Purchase. So I lost $ 100.00 dollars. From Safeway 10 King St. Waldorf md. 20602.With the Holidays here, you may loose your money as well. Tell your friends, sisters, coworkers. Unless you have $100.00 to loose.
