This particular location was empty, but still took 15-25 minutes for a simple order of pancakes, no sides! Was pretty much a ghost, seating myself after standing at the entrance for awhile too long! Only one waitress had a uniform. Couldn't tell the difference between employee and customer. The mood seemed somber... made the atmosphere dense. Used to have the best pancakes!! What happened!? International House of Pancakes..??
The food was hot when it came to the table. The wait staff was very sweet and attentive. There also wasn't a long wait for a table which was nice. All in all, a good experience.

Never overly busy. The food and service was great. The elevator music playing throughout the restaurant make you feel much older, like you're sitting in a retirement home waiting to eat.
