Service at drive thru was extremely slow at 2pm on a Thursday. A lot of cars but the line was barely moving. Food was good, as expected, but I will definitely order ahead and go in to pick up next time.
I try to stay away from this place because it’s ALWAYS something. I ordered through the app and got a bucket of chicken with a large side of fries for quick pick up. I arrived and they informed me they were out of fries. okay, cool, but since I ordered a large fry I figured two regular sides in place of them would work. The guy who waited on us looked like Hunter Biden. Confused, appeared crack addicted and had absolutely no idea what he was doing. After the very nice, clearly stressed out manager fixed our order, everything was great. The food was hot, tasty and prepared very well. Only reason for 4 stars was the terrible Biden impersonator.
