The young man at the counter was very courteous. Customer service was on point. People in the back were talking more than they were working. The young man at the register had to go back and help after taking orders. Without his help we would have been in there for 30 minutes rather than 15 which is still too long. However, he did a wonderful job. Little less lil and a lil more grip in the back will help improve their serving time. Not to mention you're talking over people food....read full review
The service has gotten much better, it appears they have new staff that prides themselves on good service and delivering that service where it impacts the customer. The interior/exterior makeover possibly helps the employees feel better about representing KFC.
