The ladies who are delivering the food are not friendly at all, they are always annoying and are Hispanic, most of them need to be more friendly at the silver spring panera, I go often to pick up the food and they should treat a Hispanic person
Walked in to find people waiting to have their order taken, employees were too busy talking and joking. Had to actually call out to them, so they would come take orders. They did not seem rude, and were nice. My coffee was made correctly and at the expected quality level I've appreciated from countless other Paneras. I was in a rush to get to work, so had to grab my sandwich and run. When I got to work I found that the sandwich was on dry hard bread...I ordered a specific type...read full review

I have been coming to this panera for some already and I have noticed that whenever miss Maida is here, everything is very organized and clean! I just don't see her enough around. Diligent people should be rewarded by allowing them to do what they do best! Thanks for your understanding.I also believe that parking should not be subject to the the extortioners, who, theogh tickets, like to extort money out of those who earn it, instead of earning it themselves.
