Gave 3 stars overall because they seem to never have the Specialty coffees, like only regular roast or ice coffee , no mochas, etc. , I will say their hash browns and breakfast food items in the morning are very freshly made and sad part is the OJ sizes have drastically gotten smaller , a Medium- Large cup looks like a child's happy meal cup , so I'd hate to see what a small looks like ? I forgot to order my daughters mango smoothie so at the window I asked could they add it to my order and the girl and manager told me to go around and get in line after I waited 15 minutes just to get to the window! I told them it literally takes 2 minutes to put the smoothie in a cup and they told me to get in line again ??so I said I’m not moving from the window until they give me the smoothie give me a hard time for something sooooo simple !!

During the day they are pretty good. Sometimes great. At night, the only person that is typical on their game is the person at the drive-thru window.The staff will close the inside early and gives you wrong orders way more than should occure. I know the inside closed early because the app still have me the option of picking my food up inside. Then they got the order wrong. It's sad, really.
