I stopped by this location about my dog eating my gift card that I received from my mom. Jen the manager went above and beyond to help me out. She took a picture of the receipt and my information and said, “She would email corporate and see what they can do to help me out.” I originally stopped by the Hunt Valley location since that is where the card was purchased. This was my first time at this location. The food was delicious, but the service was pretty slow. I’m sure it was a staffing issue and wasn’t intentional; it was just a bit frustrating for some of my family members.

This was my first visit. I was greeted upon entry, and my order taken quickly. My Turkey omlet was just ok. I expected fresh turkey; however, thinly sliced processed turkey was used. I did like having the option to substitute the sliced tomatoes for a tossed salad. The atmosphere is family friendly. The restroom was clean with one handicap and one regular stall.
