I had lunch Tom Yum and Ka Pow, the food was very good. You could distinguish the spicy, lemon, sweetness and salty flavors. Very quick lunch service. New owner is starting off strong!

This place is a great find. The food was delicious and the service was good. The curries were actually spicy, tasted unique, and have different ingredients based on the type of curry you ordered. The curry was not watered down or made into a gravy, it was just right. My review only gets 4 stars overall because the chicken satay appetizer and rice portion that came with the curry was small relative to the prices on the menu.

Absolute Thai Sushi offers a manageable menu with a good variety. Staff are friendly and helpful in explaining the preparation of the different dishes, some classic and others creative. For appetizers, we shared two of each. The Veggie Spring Roll, a classic, was made of crispy spring rolls with vegetable and mung bean noodle stuffing, served with a sweet chili sauce.
