I've used this company twice for the same restaurant, KFC. Each time they brought my order it was incomplete. Also, what they claim to waive in delivery fee of $3.99 they make up on minimum 18% tip, small order fee and service fee. I'll never use Grubhub again. I'll just go hungry until the stay at home is lifted.
Ordered from Chipotle today via Grub Hub, apparently it came from the 2430 Market St NE location. My order came to $25.00, (burrito bowl and chips/guac, taxes, fees, delivery, tip) but because I work in a non-metro friendly/warehouse area, I paid the amt. The delivery was great and fast, then there is the food. My food sat on an equivalent of 2 guacamole cups of water. I immediately reached out to Grub Hub sent pictures and I was told 'Oh I'm so sorry, here is a refund of 10.40'....read full review

We received some very kind gift card donations in the wake of a medical emergency. Not long thereafter, they locked the account, offering apologies and little more than, "it happens occasionally." They said it would take a minimum of 24 to 48 hours or longer to restore the account.GrubHub, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
