I ordered a 5 layer burrito. When I got to work, I discovered I was mistakenly given a bean burrito. I called the store and spoke with DJ who was so nice when I explained what happened. They told me I could come in to get my order corrected, hours later when I got off work.When I arrived at the store I told the lady in the drive thru what was going on, and DJ hopped on the speaker and told me to go ahead and pull forward. I went through the drive through @midnight, customer service was excellent!! I was so pleased I said I would take the survey!! However I got h9me and all my food was not there, I was very upset I called immediately and told them . I was told to come back. Who is coming back out to get food. Not me, I probably will not go to that location cause I wasted 16 dollars on food I did not get. They were polite though
