The server was excellent. The cooking staff was not the best. We paid for additional food, didn't receive the actual serving amount. Management was less than attentive. Waiting for a correction, the food got cold. TGI Fridays, your customers expect better. Received only 3 shrimp in a shrimp/chicken dish, when requested additional shrimp with original order. We arrived right at noon. Every booth in our section had empty ketchup bottles from the night before. They served plastic forks and knives in plastic wrap instead of silverware. Salad dressing and salsa for chips were served in plastic to-go containers with plastic lids on them. Our kids pastas were served with marinara when we asked for butter only, then it took another 30 minutes before the correct food came out. I went here some years back and the food was horrible... idk if they hired a new cook but me and my daughter definitely enjoyed our food... the wait wasn't long either... we had a great waiter... the strawberry lemonade was delicious. The ribs and the appetizers were delicious to. The bathroom was even clean... we definitely will be going back...
