Convenient location for the Office Park, very personable service, people seem to know the staff on first name basis. Only downside I saw was that the person taking orders would occasionally try to help short order cooks between orders but did not wash his Hands nor wore gloves after touching all over that register that I'm sure has not been cleaned in years. Maybe just me but I don't like other people's bare hands on my slices of bread for a sandwich ?
Owner was very rude. seem like he felt customers were taking up his time. not friendly at all. the food was good but not worth the rudeness and making customer feel like they are imposing on the owner. rudeness has no place in customer service

People appear to know the personnel by name, the office park is conveniently located, and the service is quite friendly. My only complaint was that the order taker would sometimes try to assist the short order cooks in between orders, but he never wiped his hands or put on gloves after handling the register, which I'm sure hasn't been cleaned in years. Perhaps I'm the only one, but I find it unpleasant when strangers touch my sandwich bread with their bare hands ?
