I love ordered boxed lunches for a Saturday family event. Jennie, the manager, kept in touch with me with menu changes, etc. When I arrived to pick up the lunches, the server told me the cookies were fresh baked as he put them in each box. The boxes had each individual's name on it and I truly appreciated that! After our event, I was told it was a novel idea to get boxes lunches. I've been coming to this subway for about 3 years now and I've always been satisfied...until tonight!!! I imagine the couple making sandwiches and ringing up orders were the owners, very nice couple! However, the toppings were not fresh and my sub was sloppily made...the lettuce was brown, green peppers cut in huge chunks, the cucumbers were withered...sad to say I will not be back.
