I get to this Arby's maybe every 3 weeks. The Fixing Bar is a go to!Fixing Bar -Slaughter my burger with jalapenos, onions, mayanaise, hot sauce. I enjoy getting a cup of horseradish for my fries. There are LOTS of condiments to be offered.Food 4! - Based on the wonderful fixing bar.Service 4,5 - The service has increased to a 5. Hope you don't mind them calling you Hon or honey. ( I last time joked, after a previous customer called honey, said, "I thought I was your honey"? / Nice girls, they laugh and joke.Atmosphere 5- They keep this establishment clean.

I don't pay extra for a king hawaiian bun only to get a burnt bun . After waiting ten minutes at a drive thru. AND THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. VOICE MAIL IS FULL THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT.

Firstly, I know it is New Years Day, so I am not expecting cheerful servers, but I did expect to be able to eat the food I paid for.We ordered from the drive-thru and no line. We were pleasantly surprised.I decided to try the brisket smokehouse without a bunch (gluten-free). I have done it on their French dips regularly and haven't had any problems. , was I disappointed. They put it in the microwave. Why??? It made it greasy. The cheese is greasy, and the onion rings are soggy and greasy. It had 2 small pieces of brisket in the box. That for almost $10.00 alone.We only live a few miles from town, so by the time we arrived home, hubby had still warm food, and I had a greasy, nuked mess.I did not eat it. I gave the meat to my dog.I am glad I had leftovers in the fridge.Service got hit because of the wrong size of drink, and it was not very pleasant after pointing it out to him.

They messed up orders like I can't eat the onion bread so order it different and they act like I don't know how I'm ordering my food.I'm also a door Dasher and have stood in a non busy time for good 20mins before they have even acknowledged me standing there and the workers have seen me standing there and ignore the Dasher and customers

There was a hole in my bag, my food wasn’t even wrapped properly, I asked for marinara sauce didn’t receive any and my sandwich was soggy and looked like it had been sitting for awhile and I was even more mad because I spend 27 dollars on food I couldn’t even eat for real besides my mozzarella sticks and I didn’t even get any sauce for it

This is for the lady at the drive through Mrs.Kathy, I’ve had several encounters with her when I pick up lunch for my husband and myself. This lady is SO KIND, SWEET, and PATIENT as well. She’s always smiling and very helpful, I remember one day I went through the line and was asking about the peach drink they had, I liked it but it was so sweet so she only put one pump in it so it wouldn’t be as sweet and she made sure I liked it and I did. She’s that type of person she cares about people, you can tell by how she interacts with folks. My mother and I was there once and she was so kind my mother asked her, her name an thanked her, we told her we were going to put this up I believe a month ago so it’s late but thank you Ms.Kathy, you have exceptional customer service.
