Today, I received a DoorDash order with the wrong food. The DoorDash deliverer was NOT at fault. Chipotle put another order in my bag. My receipt was on the bag, but a totally different receipt and order inside the bag. The reason for this review is because the cashier KNEW the order was mix-up because another bag with my same receipt was waiting when I drove to the Brandywine location. She passed my the bag, and that was it! No apologies.
Girl had a bit of an attitude . Seems like this chiplote is in need of new employees.

Chipotle is delicious. But depending of the shifts when the manager is there he is rude and monitors the amont of food in the bowls. He shakes the spoon till its level....I prefer to drive to lapata Chipotle instead of waldorf. Better

The night Hispanic manager was absolutely the worst. No help at all. I drove 30 minutes to this location and I did not get my quesadilla. I got home drove back another 30 minutes to the location and told them this is the second time this happens and the employees laughed and said alright let me tell the manager he tells the manager and the manager says just make another one and make sure it’s in there and laughed.
When I say I hate coming to this chipotle I mean it. My son loves the rice and beans and once per week I put myself through the hassle of coming here to get him lunch (he's 10). However, it seems the servers all have attitudes like the extra rice and beans coming out of their personal kitchen/pot. All we get is rice and beans so it's natural that I would ask for extra since I'm paying the same price whether I get meat or not.
