I order via Uber eats and the food was good. The downside is you have to call to modify. So this time I made sure to just call to avoid the middle step and have my father pick it up. When I finally got ahold of someone they said “give them 10 minutes.” I said ok and he hung up the phone. I waited 10-12 minutes, went back to my meeting, and then called while on break. No answer. I understand it’s a small business, I understand things get happen and people get busy, but this is just lowsy customer service and business model. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the food.

I ordered the chicken tacos and crab dip through DoorDash, the tacos were soggy and were sitting in a pool of juice. The crab dip had no seasoning to it, and the chips were over cooked.

Came here for the first time. Ordered the chicken nachos. The owner was very nice and friendly. Nachos tasted delicious and it was a large serving. Only issue was that it was cold, but it still tasted very good!

Great spot for a change of pace. One of my favorite trucks to hit up when I want something different

"Eat at your own risk"Ordered 2 chicken birias from this truck. The food was inedible 50 dollars wasted the tacos had so much salt in them you couldn't eat them. When I called to let them know the guys on the truck seemed unfazed & said they would let them know. Let who know you are the one who is cooking & serving this out!! Shouldn't you say bring them back or I will have the manager call you. Man I even tipped too what a freaking waste of my hard earned money. They should be called burnt salty stroke tacos ? I won't be back!!

Best tacos I’ve had since moving here! This is LA-level salsa—you can taste the smokiness of the chiles. The birria tacos are full of flavor and the right proportion of each ingredient. After eating them I spent the rest of the day walking on sunshine! Love how there is that added So.MD twist with the crab dip, crab fries and surf n turf tacos! The nachos are an event - share them with a loved one!Kid-friendliness: Food is packaged in rectangular boxes that our child found easy to hold. Utensils and napkins are provided. Food is easy to eat with either utensils or fingers.Parking: Handicapped parking is available and close to the entrance. There are also many parking spots available so if handicapped parking is full there is a good chance you can still find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available and close to the entrance. The park lot is smooth and easily navigated. They will also bring your food to you if you prefer.

The chicken tacos were really really good. I used to come here all of the time and always get the chicken tacos. The tacos used to come with a side of chips and salsa. When this order didn't, I asked and they said you have to pay for them now. I said okay and paid the money for the chips and salsa. I would've gotten a better tasting bag of chips and salsa at another place. I brought the chips back and said they tasted stale. The guy got really upset and was like I just made them, but okay, I will make more. He made more but then the chip bag was half empty. When I asked why the new chip bag was half full, the guy got indignant and was like, "M'am, we are busy. Why you keep complaining about these chips. We made you a fresh bash." I told him I was a paying customer just like any paying customer and just wanted what I paid for. I didn't think I was being irrational. He made the fresh chips and gave me a tiny portion of salsa. This place used to be really good with large portions to the point where I could only eat two tacos, but tonight I ate all three and the chips. I understand that inflation has made everything go up, but don't let the inflation make your customer service and food quantity go down (especially since you raised your prices). Summary: Great tacos, rude service.

I went here yesterday and I've been sick ever since. I got out of class and wanted to celebrate national taco day. Called, asked for some Al pastor tacos.Got there and they didn't know if they had my order correct. I didn't leave a tip (I left my bank card at work so was using a cc) my box went "missing" and then I got it a few mins later. My bread was burnt. But I've literally been sick to my stomach the entire day. I've been nauseous all day. I had to take a nap at work, my stomach has been cramping.I used to love this place. But now, I'm scared to go back

Smoked chicken tacos were EXCELLENT! Ordered through DoorDash and thoroughly enjoyed. Previously had chicken tacos from La Sierra in Waldorf and they were so dry. Chuck Wagon’s tacos were flavorful, not dry, and tasted authentic. Perfect!

So dissapointed, service was rude. Upon arrival I was ignored while the attendant was occupied with his phone. When he finally acknowledged me, he didnt greet me.. just looked annoyed & said "whats the name?" When I told him, he asked for an additional 12 minutes to prepare the food although the order had been called ahead & I arrived at the time relayed that the food would be ready. I waited & he became preoccupied with his phone again. When I inquired, he just handed the order to me.. no apology.

So last weekend I ordered the chicken tacos and they were phenomenal. Today I ordered them again and was disappointed. They were so soggy as none of the meat was drained at all, they were swimming in liquid. Hopefully this was a one time thing, but not interested in trying again for a while. I actually drained the tacos a bit and this was the remaining liquid. However the guacamole was fresh and tasty.

This is my 4th time ordering from Chuck Wagon. I order the same thing everytime, 3 x Surf n Turf tacos. They are always excellent, 4.7 stars! However, I decided to try their guacamole and chips this time. Menu stated a 6oz serving for $4.50. What I recieved was the most pitiful spoonful of guacamole and in a container that is too small to even hold 6oz. Phone provided in picture attached as a size reference.I get it Chuck Wagon...inflation is real, but this serving size was little more than a glorified tablespoon. I still recommend their tasty tacos, but I won't order the guac again.

Was really excited to try this place given the great reviews but received my food completely burnt...very disappointing

Absolutely incredible tacos! We had the birria-style goat tacos as well as the steak tacos. Both were absolutely wonderful. We were very surprised at the affordable price point given the high quality of the food and the portion sizes. Highly recommend!

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!This place used to be my family's Go To spot for Mexican food. We've ordered from them at least 12 times in the past six months. The portions used to be great and the food super tasty. HOWEVER THEY'VE LOST THEIR WAY. We just ordered from them and the portions were RIDICULOUSLY small. The tacos were literally half full. We are SUPER DISAPPOINTED because we spent $60.00 and everyone, to include the kids, is still hungry. I literally had to go heat them up some chicken nuggets.I called and apparently they have new spoons and are forcing portion control measures in order to maximize their profits but they aren't realizing that the portion sizes were the reason why so many people loved this place.Unless they change their ways and go back to serving the old portions I WILL NOT order from them ever again and you shouldn't either. You'll still be hungry afterwards.Sidenote: My wife used to not even be able to eat all three of her chicken bacon ranch tacos and tonight she not only ate all three of them and the chips but was still hungry afterwards because there was Soo little meat put into the tacos.
