Love this place- ambiance is great. Great for large crowds as I often see big parties when I visit. The latest visit was awesome due to our waitress Dee. She was pleasant and was patient with us. My partner had a problem with his drink and she took care of it- no question asked. I appreciate her and the manager on staff. I only rated it a 4 star versus 5 due to the time it took to get served, this visit as well as other visits. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they seem to be a bit short staffed. Everything else was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

Worst experience so don't waste your time. I really had high hopes for this place when my family ordered take out for lunch, for a family of 6. It was my dad's birthday weekend so we picked up 3 bags of seafood boils which was $116.00. For that price I assumed that it would be loaded and filled with shrimp, corn, sausage and eggs in each bag. Horrible! There was only a few shrimps, two eggs, no sausage, a few potatoes and one piece of corn in all the bags. Highly upset with that! We divided the bags and we're in awe with what we received. We'll never order from here again. Seems like from the other reviews and what my dad said, only dining out is good. You get whatever for take out, "Like take this and get out".

Listen, I was not feeling going to this place. My wife visited a couple of weeks prior and said we have to go. So, of course, it was going to happen. I was surprised by the quality and service. It's a must to have this boil experience, and the gumbo was pretty good, too. Crafty crab. You get a 5 from the big guy. Ijs⁷

Love it! The Catfish basket was the Bomb. My Server Alyiha was Great. I went there for my son's 15th birthday he loved the crab boil.
This was my first time ordering food and my last time. I spent over $100 plus tips. The squid and chicken were overcooked and hard it must have been sitting under a heating lamp. Not fit for consumption. The snow crab and king crab boil was entirely too salty. I was very disappointed. The crab cakes were decent. The cheese cake was put in the same bag with hot food. The reason I ordered so much food I had guest comming over however, after getting the dissappiointing food from Crafty Crab I couldn't serve the food to my guests. I had to spend additional money ordering pizza. I will never eat there again and not recommend this place to anyone. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME GOING THERE!!!!

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Those in front are very rude and racist. A friend who was going to look for a job went to accompany her because she had an interview and the people in front of her told her that they didn't want chapines and that they didn't hire staff and they laughed. They are rude people there. I will never visit this restaurant again. They thought we didn't speak English, they are rude.

Yall know I'm honest of the food stuff! It was banging...half platter was more then enough.(eyes bigger then stomachs) no apptz. Just the straight half platter. And head on shrimp and crawfish! But the quality and seasoning was super good! Even for out of season. I personally loved they had sports on the tvs at the bar and some kinda drama cop show on the big screen for us older ladies ?(seriously look how big those shrimp and crawfish are!)Dietary restrictions: If your on low sodium maybe dont.
