I'm sure the food is fine, but the customer service is garbage. The employees obviously have no desire to be there and customers feel it. I stood at the register with my son for 8 minutes while the three young ladies "working" just ignored us. It was mid afternoon and the restaurant was empty except for us. We walked out. Told my wife, and she said she had a similar experience only a couple weeks prior. This is a common path for Waldorf businesses.. absentee owners, sub par employees don't care, customers get turned off, the business close up shop then another Nail Salon moves in. Owners, respect your own communities or sell to someone who does.

Toaster was broke! Really, your manager that cheap to not fix it ASAP. Damn, don't yall have a budget!!?? Also, hire folks that actually care about working their Job! Opposed an 18 teen year old, that would walk out because they can't look at their phones. Real Facts ?

Realizing it was New Years Eve, I called around noon to see what time they were closing, and was told 8 PM. When we placed an online order just after 5 PM , we received a phone call about 5 minutes later informing us they actually closed at 5. They refunded our credit card quickly, but now we had to scramble to come up with a meal. Not the end of the world, but we were disappointed.

It's the little things that can ruin the experience. Like soda machine Coke tasting flat. Customers complained to staff and management, but they didn't seem to care. No soap or paper towels in both restrooms. Great sub but the hair on the pickle was a killer.

While I love eating at Firehouse, the employees at the Waldorf location demonstrated horrible customer service, no customer engagement, and it appeared that they really didn't want to be at work today. The person at the cash register who had gloves on would take an order and proceed to make sandwiches with the same gloves on. He also wore his pants down his backside and would pull them up with the same gloved hands and then continue making sandwiches. Another employee touched the refrigerator handles and again did not change their gloves prior to making sandwiches. In a space that handles food I strongly believe that other people who touched that refrigerator did not have clean hands. While there were four employees in the store, one person was on the phone, and the two making the sandwiches just really didn't care. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich, the store was not busy, and after my order they were still backed up with six breads accumulating outside of the toaster. They were absolutely moving in slow motion and streaming one sandwich at a time.I ordered the New York steamer with the corned beef replaced by pastrami. Unfortunately I cannot add a photo of this sandwich which contained over 50% fat on the pastrami. The sandwich was thrown away.I would not recommend eating at this location.

If you come to this location, do yourself a favor and run —>>We get there at 11:15 to eat lunch. The front door is so dirty you cannot see inside the store its so filthy and disgusting under the chips is a half inch of dirt and dust all the lights have dirt and dust all over them and to top it off the bathroom does not have any soap, paper towels, and the trash can are overflowing at 11:15 AM. . And if the store owner would like to see pictures, I have pictures. If the store is this dirty to us, the customers imagine what’s going on behind closed doors?

This store does not sell hot sandwiches after 7/7:30 pm according to their staff members. They close at 9. There is no indication of this on their website. If you do an online order you won't find out until you get to the store. If you order in the afternoon, all is good.

Ordering from this location through third party is not the move. My order is either completely wrong, or cold, sloppy and unacceptable to consume. Today I ordered the limited Thanksgiving sub, with stuffing and cranberry sauce. I received a dry sub, with just turkey. Disappointed is an understatement. How is this location still operating so poorly. I don't like driving to the actual location because it's so inconvenient so I'll have to stick with Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes when I want a sub.

First time at firehouse subs, I ordered the meatball sub and the new smokin triple sub online (the wifey and I switch halves) when I got there it was ready and waiting in the rack, the crew that day was pleasant, I was pleasantly surprised how the subs were meaty and tasty and I felt like I got my moneys worth for a change, I hope I have the same experience next time I order from this location.Update: 6-4-23Damn, nothing like last time I guess I got lucky last week, our Saturday mukbang was disappointing, less meat, no meat on the ends of the subs, the meatball sub had no sauce in it- it was dry, the cheese/sub was heated too long and it might as well not even had cheese on it and I ordered extra cheese, I had ordered 3 different subs and chips ($48) all 3 had the same disappointing results. They won’t be getting my money again.

The customer service is terrible, employees arguing amongst each other cursing. A bottle of Jameson was on the table in the open for customer seating. Serving frozen meatballs to customers knowlingly and laughing about it. Waldorf has truly sunken.

I went in and ordered two hot steak and cheese subs. Sat down to wait and noticed one of the guys making them, holding and draining what looked like a "boil in bag" container with the steak for the subs. The subs were so disappointing. A cold sub roll, and low quality meat. This was to go, no drinks, just the subs and all for around 21.00 . Will never go back.

Walked in the door and immediately told 30 min wait with no one in the store. I believe the manager showed up and everyone started hustling he helped for a bit and left and staff went back down

I placed an online order and when i went to pick it up, the staff had not made the order. They were actually breaking down the equipment early and said they were only serving cold sandwiches. I explained that i had placed and online order and they just looked at each other in a daze. When i repeated my order, they acknowledged that they had received it. I explained that if they didn't want to or couldn't make it, i would accept a refund, however, apparently only the general manager can give refunds (he wasn't there). So i waited 15 minutes for them to fill my order, then i started getting excuses " we don't have this bread," "we don't have pickles," "we don't have lettuce." So it was decided that i would just come back the next day to get a refund. I was asked what time i was coming back, i explained that i had to work, so it would be closer to 4 or 5 pm. I came back the next day, they immediately tried to offer to make me the sandwiches. I explained that i no longer wanted the sandwiches, just a refund. I was the told that out of the four people working behind the counter, no one could give me a refund. They call the manager and he told me i had two choices, let them make the sandwich or come back the next day for a refund. I explained that this was unacceptable, as this was the second day that i was here to get a refund. He again explained, with no apologies, that those were my two choices. Also, the manger never explained that he leaves everyday at 4 pm. Long story short, i ended up calling corporate who agreed that it should have been handled differently and explained that someone above the manager would be contacting me. I still have not received a call, email, or smoke signal from anyone. I eventually had to contest the charge via my bank. After five days, i finally got my money back. This is the most ghetto sub shop I've ever been to. Do not suggest going. It is apparently under new management and has new untrained employees.
