I was a little disheartened with the service I received. If I had just stuck with my original order, it would have been a 5 star review. The problem is I have not been to KFC since before COVID. Therefore, I had no idea of the change in menu. Why would I go back there? Our eldest daughter came home from university and wanted the new chicken box. Neither of us has had KFC in over three years. We ordered online at 7:25 for a 7:45 pickup up. Wanted to go to a KFC as the one in Houma, LA closed years ago. This one did not disappoint. Got the 16 piece special with 4 sides. The chicken and sides were excellent. The biscuits were a little hard but the taste and value for the cost was well worth the stop.
